Using our white-labeled DTS GO platform, any merchant can login and create a custom change order complete with requested pickup date.

The bank fulfills the change order any time ahead of the requested pickup date.

Your bank is then notified of a change order request in the “branch fulfillment” tab of DTS GO. This allows branch tellers to prepare the change order at their convenience in advance of the requested pickup date and then set the change order status to “ready for pickup.”

The change order is picked up.

Your commercial client can then pick up a fulfilled change order at the branch without the typical time commitment or unexpected draw on cash.
